Lincoln Exhibit

“Lincoln Letters” at the State Archives of Florida

In celebration of the bicentennial of Lincoln’s birth on February 12, 1809, the State Archives of Florida presents an exhibit of documents that refer to Lincoln as a presidential candidate and the leader of the Union during the Civil War.


Early Florida Medicine  

Pestilence, Potions, and Persistence: Early Florida Medicine

Documents included in the exhibit range from descriptions of the health effects of travel in the new territory from some of Tallahassee’s first citizens, to recollections of midwives who worked during the 1930s.
