Gov. Farris Bryant Addresses Senate Commerce Cmte
Gov. Bryant in Washington addresses the Senate Commerce Committee concerning Senate Bill 1732 on rights and interstate busing. Bryant argues for the rights of property owners to discriminate against customers, that if customers have the right to choose which businesses they will use, then businesses equally have the right to choose which customers they will serve. Florida Sen. Spessard Holland introduces Bryant to the committee, and Strom Thurmond, who sits on the committee, tells Bryant that he agrees with him. Produced by FDC.
