We the undersigned, both duly qualified practicing physicians of Lee County Florida hereby certify that we have this day made a careful examination of the body of Dr. Cyrus R. Teed, and find that life is quite extinct. He apparently has been dead for more than 24 hours, in fact his death is state by his friends to have occurred as 9.30 a.m. on 22nd Inst, which is doubtless the case. He is 70 years of age and his death, in our opinion, was due entirely to natural causes
