General Note
Dudley's goal was to communicate and preserve the way of life of a Florida pioneer family. In 1983, she donated the Dudley family farm, which her grandfather started in 1858, as a Living Trust to the State of Florida. She worked tirelessly to document farm structures and their uses, bringing them to life through family stories and reminiscences. Her work will allow future generations a chance to glimpse pioneer Florida farm life.
