Accompanying note: "With his chest bedecked with every Boy Scout award, Jack Epperson, Jr., of Miami(4900 S.W.92nd St.), who won the statewide honor of making the annual Report to the Governor, is being congratulated by Governor Bryant. The 17-year-old Epperson, who has gone up through Scoutdom beginning as a Cub in 1955, has held all the offices in his troup, is an Eagle Scout and a member of the South Florida Council. Jack is going to Washington where he will join other Scout leaders from the remaining 49 states in a White House ceremony."
