Accompanying note "During a morning of 50th anniversary ceremonies, including a resolution before the Cabinet, 33 year Florida Highway Patrol veteran captain Tony Maseda, center is joined by 32-year veteral captain Owen 'Casey' Cason, left, and Trooper V.J. Johnson, right, as they proudly displayed the original 1939 FHP patrol car outside the capitol Tuesday. Maseda was a member of the beginning 1939 FHP Troop while Cason, who has become an ongoing member of the Governor's personal security staff, joined the Patrol in 1941.
