Anita Stone, with her family emigrated from Lithuania to Cuba in 1924. In Cuba she and her parents were part of the Jewish community organizations in Havana. The WIZO (Womens International Zionist Organization) sewed clothes to send to Israel. She came to the United States with her husband in 1959 settling in Florida in the 1960s.
