Former operations manager of Rainbow Springs. Purchased a lease on The Motor Lodge from Thomas L. Barrett of St. Petersburg. The sightseeing boats and operations were leased by Rock City and Ruby Falls interests from Kenneth S. Keyes of Miami. Allen's lease to run for 7.5 years and consists of the main lodge and 29 rental units. Earlier, Allen managed Silver Glen Springs in the Ocala National Forest and had been waterfront manager of Wakulla Springs, Florida.
