Accompanying note "It's great to be in Miami, Florida. Miami is a tourist's Mecca, reached by train, car, and boat and airplane; a true crossroads of travel and known as the "Gateway to the Americas". Its entertainment in unequaled by any major city. Horse and dog racing, Jai Alai, deep sea fishing, swimming and water skiing, golfing and tennis are but a few of the attractions. Truly beautiful wide streets and boulevards lined iwth tropical palms and exotic flowering trees as part of its allure. Miami's surrounding smaller neighbors, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Springs and Hialeah display a vast mushroom growth of modern homes rivalled by few cities even in this expanding era. The people who come here and "get sand in their shoes" want to remain a lifetime."
