Passed August 6, 1822 and approved by Governor Duval on August 12, 1822. Chapter One, parts 8-9 outlined the powers of the inferior courts. Part 10 authorized county sheriffs. Part 11 transferred cases to the new courts and part 12 determined when and where court would be held.
