  • One reel to reel recording. Boltin served as emcee. Battle was from Tampa. This was his fourth Festival. From St. Petersburg, Bill played guitar, and Charla played banjo and dulcimer. Guitarist-singer-storyteller Rogers was from St. Augustine. From Jacksonville, the Peyton Brothers consisted of John, Dan, Mike, and Lee. At the time, they had their own television show on Channel 12 in Jacksonville (Saturdays, 6:30pm).
