  • One reel to reel recording. Boltin served as emcee. Lee and Peggy Kelly were from Palatka. Dobbs, also of Palatka, performed animal calls. Roth, from Unionville, Pennsylvania, played the dulcimer. This was his first folklife festival. Whatley, of Bell, played old country music.
