Constituted May 17, 1910, by members of Tabernacle Baptist Church (see entry ). Services in a cottage, Albert and Spearing St., until present, white, rectangular, Meeting-house type, frame building, with belfry, erected 1910-1911, dedicated 1911. Present membership ____. Active organizations, Sunday School, Baptist Young People's Union, Woman's Home Missionary Society.

First settled pastor, Rev. J.B. Birk, 1910-1922. Common school education. Present pastor, Rev. Allen Louis Wilson, 1934--, 1525 Harrison St., Jacksonville.
