-to the jail of the said County of Jackson and there deliver him to the Sheriff of said County of Jackson to be safely confined in said jail.Now on this day personally came Joseph Carrol, Harris Sutley, Nancy Sutley, Albert Parish, Alexander C. Monroe, Eli Wright, William J. Hagan, Angus Gillis, Clark Bronson, James Peel, David Neill, and William B. Thomas, each to be bound unto the State of Florida each in the sum of one hundred dollars to be void upon the condition that each do appear at the Circuit Court of Jackson County on Tuesday of the second week of the Circuit Court of said County, to testify in behalf of the State of Florida in the case of which the State of Florida is prosecutor and John Ammons is defendant in an indictment for murder and not depart the Court without leave thereof.Now on this day personally came Thomas Sellers, James L. Hagan, Benjamin Sutton, Henry Long, Craven Kitroll, to be bound unto the State of Florida each in the sum of one hundred dollars to be void upon the condition that each do appear at the Circuit Court of Jackson County on Tuesday of the second week of the Circuit Court of said County, to testify in behalf of John Ammons in the case of which the State of Florida is prosecutor and John Ammons is defendant in an indictment for murder.
