City of Pensacola on Monday the 12th day of June next

to answer to the matters set forth in the forgoing libel

and Information.

The marshal may take Bail for the

personal appearance of said Cox on a bond in the

sum of five thousand dollars with two securities

in the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars

each, conditioned for his appearance.
