Answer of defendant Armistead

The separate answer of Marcus A. Armistead to the of John C. Armistead died, to a Bill of Complaint exhibited against himself and others in the circuit of superior Court of Petersburg, by W.M.R. Johnson advisor of Adelia H. Johnson died and by John E. Johnson. This respondent reserving all benefit of exception & for answer & saith that it is true as alleged in the complainants Bill that this respondent became the advisor of John C. Armistead died, and received all his personal Estate into his hands for administration: This respondent believes that in other respects the allegations of the said bill, and true and he considers the prayer thereof reasonable: He has no objection to have his acts advisor as aforesaid settled & started whenever he may be required to do so by an order of this court or to do and perform whatever else in the premises may appear to the court proper and consistent with equality and the nights of all the parties to this suit: having thus answered
