ourselves, our heirs, executors, and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 25[th] day of April eighteen hundred and thirty one.

The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas at a Superior Court for the middle district of Florida Leon County held at the City of Tallahassee on the twentieth day of April eighteen hundred and thirty one in a certain case of Admiralty depending in said Court between the above named Robert D. Outerbridge and Jose Rodriquez and the schooner Billow of which the above bound Ellis H. Buell is master or claimant a decree was pronounced in favor of the above named Robert D. Outerbridge for the sum of ninety dollars and Jose Rodriquez for the sum of fifty one dollars, from which decree the said Ellis H. Buell hath appealed to the court of appeals of the Territory of Florida. If therefore the said Ellis H. Buell shall prosecute the said Appeal with effect or pay and satisfy the decree aforesaid and all such costs and damages as shall be awarded against him in case the said decree shall be affirmed. Then this obligation to be void else to remain in full Force and Virtue
