To the Marshal of the Middle District of Florida Greeting We command you that you attach, seize, and safely keep the Schooner Billow her Tackle Apparel and Furniture, Commanded by Ellis H. Buell and now lying at St. Marks to answer the Complaint of Robert D. Outerbridge for Seamans wages. And how you shall execute this precept you make known to us in our Superior Court for the District aforesaid at the city of Tallahassee on the first Monday in October next and have then there this with Witness the Honorable Thomas Randull Judge of our said District Court this 13[th] day of September A.D. 1830 in the 55[th] year of American Independence.
