And at another day to wit: At a Superior Court held for the District aforesaid. On Monday the 11[th] day of October in the year aforesaid.

On motion Jose Rodriquez he is admitted a party claimant herein. Thereupon he filed the following account.

Schooner Billow Ellis H. Buell Master

D. To Jose Rodriquez Seaman of the schooner Billow from the 13[th] may 1830 to 13[th] August at 17 Dollars per month $57.00

Personally appeared before me the undersized one of the Justice of Peace, in and for the County aforesaid Jose Rodriquez and made oath made oath that the account above rendered against the schooner Billow & master thereof is true and correct according to the shipping articles and usages.

And at another day to wit: At a Superior Court held for the Middle District of Florida on Tuesday that 12[th] day of October in the year aforesaid. On motion of the Claimant by his Proctor this cause is continued.

And on the same day came the claimant by his Proctor and filed on the same day came the claimant by his proctor filed an answer to the Libellants libel which answer is in the words & figures following to wit:
