One Robert L. Harrison and one James M. Nueon by the name of Jell Nueon made his and their certain writing obligatory sealed with their seals and now shown to the court the date whereof is the same day and year last aforesaid by which said writing obligatory the said defendant together with said Robert L. Harrison and said James M. Nueon by the name of Jell Nueon acknowledged himself and themselves to be held and firmly bound unto Richard K. Call Governor of the Territory of Florida and his successors in office in the first & full sum of Ten Thousand Dollars for the true payment of which they bound themselves their heirs Executors and Administrators, jointly and severally firmly. It which said writing obligatory is assumed a certain condition thereunder written whereby reciting to the effect following that is to say that if the above [?] Robert L. Harrison administrator of all and singular the goods chattels rights and credits of Samuel B. Wilson deceased did make or cause to be made a true & perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods chattels rights and credits of the said deceased, which had or should come to the hands possession or knowledge of him the said Robert L. Harrison or into the hands of any persons for him, and the same so make did cause to be filed in the clerks office of the County Court for the County of Gadsden at or before the 19[th] day of February ( then/ next ensuring and all the goods chattels rights and credits of the said deceased, at the time of the death of the said deceased, which at anytime after should come to the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him, did will and truly administer according to Law and further make or cause to be made a first and true account of his administration when required, and all the rest and residue of said goods chattels rights and credits which should be found remaining upon the said Administrators account the same being just examined & allowed by the County Court of the County where the said Administration was granted & should deliver and pay to such person respectively as the
