Said Court by their order or decree pursuant to the true intent and meaning of this act should appoint and direct.

And if it should there after appear that any last will and testament was made by the said deceased and the Executor or Executors therein named, did fill [?] in the office of the said Court, making request to have it allowed and approved and tho said will was allowed and approved by the said court Then if the said Robert L. Harrison above bounden being thereunto required did render and deliver his said letters of administration then this obligation to be void and of no effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue. Yet the said plaintiff was and in fact saith that the said Robert L. Harrison Administrator of all and singular the goods chattels rights and credits of Samuel B. Wilson deceased did not make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods chattels rights & credits of the said deceased, which had and did come to the hands possession or knowledge of him the said Robert L. Harrison or into the hands of any person or persons for him, and the same so made did not cause to be filed in the clerks office of the county court for the county of Gadsden at or before the 19[th] day of February (then) next ensuring, and all their goods chattels rights and credits of the said deceased at the time of the death of the said deceased which at any time of the death of the said deceased which at any time after came to the hands or possession of the said Robert L. Harrison or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him did not will and truly administer according to Law and further did not make or cause to be made a just and true account of his administration when required and all the rest and residue of said goods chattels rights and credits which were found remaining upon the said Administration amounts the same being first [?] and allowed by the County Court of the County where the said Administration was granted and did not deliver and pay to such person or persons respectively as the said Court by their order or decree pursuant to the true intent and meaning of this act did appoint and direct, and
