To the Honorable the Court of Appeal of the Territory of Florida
John G. Gamble adm of all & singular the goods & chattels & tenements, rights credits & effects of the of the late Samuel Parkhill late Leon County deceased, gives the Court here to understand the info[?]
What he is the duly qualified Administrator of said Estate, as will appear by his letters of Administration in the form of law hereunto [?]
That heretofore to wit on the 30[th] October 1843 the Union Bank of Florida, a Creditor of said Estate to an amount not less than One hundred & ninety three Thousand Dollars Principal filed their petition in Leon County Court [?] forth the liability of said Estate to the said petitioner, her failure to account in the form [?] & the certain insufficiency the [?] on the Bond of Martha Ann Parkhill (now Manley) given to secure the faithful Adm of said Trust and praying that she be required to file additional securities or that her letters of admx be revoked [?]
That on the 1[st] November 1843. Henry Bond & other creditors of said Estate to an amount not less than Thirty Thousand Dollars made a similar application by petition to the Same Court.
That the 13[th] November the said Court passed an order requiring the said Martha Ann Parkhill admx to file an account on or before the 20[th] November which afterwards on her petition was extended till 30[th] November & again on like petition of said admx
