The Territory of Florida:

To the Marshal of the Court of Appeal: Greeting

Whereas on the petition of Martha Ann Parkhill administratrix of Samuel Parkhill decd, alleging that in the record & proceedings and also in the condition of the judgment & decree in a certain petition for the foreclosure of mortgage, filed & instituted in our said Court for the Middle District of Florida in and for the County of Leon, by Richard K. Call, against said Martha Ann Parkhill administratrix of Samuel Parkhill decd, manifest error hath happened to the great damage of the said Martha Ann Parkhill administratrix as aforesaid, a writ of error hath been awarded, that the record and proceedings aforesaid being inspected by the judges of our Court of Appeals they may cause to be done therein to correct that error what of right & according to law ought to be done: Therefore we command you that you make known to the said Richard K. Call, that he be before that Judges of our said Court of Appeals at the City of Tallahassee, on the first Monday in January next, then & there to hear the record and proceedings aforesaid, if to him it shall seem expedient and further to do and receive what our said court shall in that part consider: and have then & there this writ:
