Pleas before the Honorable Thomas Baltzell, Judge of the Middle circuit of the State of Florida, at Chambers in the City of Apalachicola on Saturday the fifth day of June in the year of our Lord 1847, and of the independence of the United states the seventy-first year.

Be it remembered that on the said fifth day of June in the year aforesaid, Roberts, Allen & Co. by A. G. Semmes their Attorney filer in the office of the clerk of the Circuit court for Franklin county, the following Petition, Affidavit and order of Court to wit:

State of Florida, County of Franklin

To the Honorable Thomas Baltzell Judge of the Circuit Court of said state. The petition of Enoch C. Roberts, Frederick w. Allen, and William Hickok Copartners in trade under the name and style of Robert Allen & Co. respectfully [?] that the Flint River Steam Boat Company, a corporation of the State of Georgia owners of Steam Boat Magnolia is justly indebted to said Roberts Allen & Co. in the sum of $657.60/ agree able to the affidavit hereunto annexed. Your petitioners therefore pray that an order may be issued to the clerk of the Circuit Court of Franklin County requiring him to enter up Judgment in favor of your petitioners against said company in said sum of money, agreeable to the statue in such cases made and provided. And your petitioners will ever pray.
