vs. In Ejectment

Francis P. Fatio and

John Forbes defendants

The motion argued in this cause for a new trial is sustained, and for a change of venue not sustained.

And afterwards at the same Term of May in the year one thousand eight hundred and Twenty seven, to wit, on Friday the Twenty eighth day of said Term and the eighth day of June the following entry was made, to wit,

F. P. Fatio and

The motion of the plaintiffs to amend their declaration is sustained, leave is given the said plaintiffs to amend the demises laid in said declaration.

And afterwards, to wit, on the Twenty sixth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Twenty seven the said plaintiffs by John Rodman their attorney brought and filed in the Clerks office aforesaid his amendment to the said declaration, which is in the words and figures following, to wit,
