Located on the shore of Lake Okeechobee at Lake Harbor. This facility pumps more than 1.1 million gallons of water per minute into the lake beyond the station. The FCD is operating 11 pumping stations, some of them the largest of their kind in the world. Altogether they can pump more than 10 million gallons of water per minute, whenever necessary.
