It was located on the site of the Ponce DeLeon Hotel-before Henry Flagler purchased the land and moved the Sunnyside House to make room for his hotel.
The card mount is not flat but "warped" which indicates a date between 1879 and 1940.
Hand written on the back of the stereograph are the words, "Sunny Side."
