During the Quadricentennial Festival celebration at Pensacola a special building was erected to house exhibits pertaining to the history of the state. Among them was this wax figure of Juan Ponce de Leon, Spanish discoverer of Saint Augustine. It was on loan from the Potter Wax Museum.
