General Note
Fairchild Tropical Garden is located south of Miami on an 83-acre site between historic Old Cutler Road and Biscayne Bay. Established in 1938, the Garden is internationally renowned for its collections of palms, cycads and other tropical plants, including many rare and endangered species. The Garden combines the beauty of its horticultural display with its role as a living museum, laboratory, and center of learning and discovery.
