Viewers see University of Miami buildings, shopping areas, commercial buildings, Matheson Hammock Park, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, War Memorial Youth Center, schools and residences. The film is taken from excerpts of an hour-long television program by WCKT-News, Miami.

It also shows Disney World, Marineland, Silver Springs, the Daytona Speedway, Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse, Ormond Beach Hotel and Kennedy Space Center.
