A brochure released from the Agricultural Extension Service in Gainesville, regarding the Share the Meat campaign. The brochure seeks to encourage Florida farmers to produce more meat for armed forces and home consumption as well as implementing best preservation practices(curing, canning, storing, etc.) so that "no meat is lost through spoilage or carelessness...after it is produced." Additionally it asks farmers and their families to limit their consumption of meat to the average national allowance. Includes tips for farmers and their families on how to best prepare, preserve, store and use meat products.
