Accompanying note: "BROCCOLI HARVESTED - The first commercial crop of broccoli in the area was harvested yesterday ahead of the freeze that endangered vegetables at the American Sumatra Tobacco Co. farm in Gadsden County. Temperatures dipped to 23 degrees last night. Damage to unharvested crops has not been estimated. Harvest workers stayed in the fields until 9 p.m. last night."
